Fjor Nutrition, Inc. ("we", "us," "our") distributes Formula App mobile application (the "App") and that content available through the App, our emails, and our notifications (the "Content"). The App, together with the Content, tools, features, functionality, and other information and services are collectively referred to as the "Service".
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. By accessing and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws. Our Privacy Policy constitutes a part of these Terms.
3. Modifications
We may occasionally modify the Terms. All changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
4. No Medical Advice
We offer our App for educational and entertainment purposes only. The Service is not medical or healthcare advice. You should always seek advice of a licensed physician regarding any medical conditions.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent). The App is not for persons under 13.

We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are responsible for your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it.
9. User Feedback
All submissions of ideas, comments, suggestions are non-confidential and non-proprietary.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or engage in any harmful activities.
11. Third Parties
We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked from the Service.
12. Subscription Fees and Payment
The App offers free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@formula.care or through https://account.formula.care/. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are generally not available unless required by law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FJOR NUTRITION, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

23. Binding Arbitration
Any disputes shall be determined by binding arbitration under AAA Rules. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt-out within 30 days by writing to support@formula.care.
